Excellent staff, particularly nice breakfast, favourable location not far from Monaca or the Pittsburgh area, and the Mall from the window. Well priced room, had a really enjoyable stay for a business trip. Comfortable beds and clean facilities.

The location is great, 5 minutes' walk to Beaver Valley Mall. The building is new and the rooms are impeccably clean with the fridge and microwave, for example. The staff has always been courteous.

The bed provided really good comfort for the best sleep I ever had. The air conditioning was efficient and kept the room at a perfect temperature. I appreciated the variety in the continental breakfast, with several options available each morning. And complimentary infused water, tea, and coffee all day was a good touch.

The fairfield inn has awesome staff who are super friendly and helpful. My stay in the king room was so comfortable, especially thanks to the great pillows. The free breakfast had plenty of options, and i loved that there was always coffee and infused water available.

The staff were not only nice but also proactively ensured that breakfast items were well-stocked. One aspect that could be improved is the speed of service at breakfast as there were delays in setting items out.

Upon entering, there was a noticeable mildew smell that lingered throughout the hallway and our room. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with some dirt marks on the bedding. Hallways needed attention too, particularly the one stairwell leading directly to the parking lot that appeared unclean. It felt disappointing not to have any laundry facilities available despite confirming this service prior to arrival.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting pause in Monaca with really good value. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the insight Sarah C. shared about my benefits as a Marriott member. Check in early if you can for a smoother arrival experience.
